This accessibility statement outlines our commitment to ensuring that everyone, including those with disabilities, can access our services. We are dedicated to creating a supportive environment where individuals of all ages, particularly those who are autistic or have neurodevelopmental differences, can engage with our resources effectively.
ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
This statement was last updated in June 2026. We at Planet PBS are actively working to make our website accessible to all users, ensuring that everyone can benefit from our NDIS specialist behaviour support services.
Web accessibility ensures that visitors with disabilities can navigate and interact with our site with comparable ease and enjoyment as all users. We are committed to adapting our practices to facilitate this experience.
Accessibility measures on our site
What web accessibility means for us
We've taken a number of steps to make this website as accessible and easy to use as possible, including:
-
Reviewing the website to identify and address accessibility issues.
-
Setting the site's primary language to improve compatibility with assistive technologies.
-
Organising content in a clear and logical way.
-
Using consistent heading structures to make navigation easier.
-
Providing alternative text for images where appropriate.
-
Choosing colour combinations with good contrast for readability.
-
Keeping animations and motion effects to a minimum.
-
Making videos and other media as accessible as possible.
Accessible service delivery
We're committed to making our services as accessible as possible for the people and families we support.
Our office is located in an accessible building with designated accessible parking, step-free access, and wheelchair-accessible facilities to help create a welcoming environment for everyone.
We also understand that attending appointments in person isn't always possible. That's why we offer outreach services, meeting people in their homes, schools, workplaces, or other community settings when appropriate. For those who prefer or require it, we also provide appointments via telehealth, making it easier to access support regardless of location or individual circumstances.
