Development of Positive Behaviour Support Plans
Whether you need an Interim Behaviour Support Plan, Functional Behavioural Assessment or Comprehensive BSP - WE have got it covered. We begin with a thorough assessment, which allows us to create a personalised plan in collaboration with you, your family, and your support team.
The goal of the plan is to help the people around you understand what you need to be at your best. Your Behaviour Support Plan will be strengths based with a focus on learning and capacity building, to naturally reduce the need for restraints.
Behaviour Support Needs Assessment
We can use Improved Daily Living funding on a short-term basis to help you with your application to secure Behaviour Support funding in your next NDIS plan.
We will evaluate your environment, social and emotional well-being, relationships, and any current risks related to harm or restrictive practices. Following this assessment, we’ll provide a support letter for your NDIS plan review to help secure funding for specialist behaviour support and other relevant categories.
Training and Psychoeducation
Empowering those around you with the right skills is key to helping individuals live fulfilling and meaningful lives. We offer stakeholder training that can be delivered alongside the implementation of behaviour support plans, or through specialised workshops for parents, caregivers, and support teams on a variety of topics.
